Screening for integrity – what is market practice?

Screening for integrity during the course of employment. I have been giving some thought to this as there are a number of angles to consider (and they aren't all AML based). If anyone has any thoughts they wish to share, please contact me and I will let you have my written thoughts as a thank you. I feel it is an area where there is considerable divergence in practice.
