My status
I practice as a freelance solicitor registered with the Solicitors Regulation Authority (SRA). There are limits to my right to practice as I provide no financial services and I am only permitted to give legal advice that is not a reserved legal activity such as conveyancing or probate (which I have never practised). I cannot advise someone directly about litigation but can be an expert witness.
I follow the SRA's Standards & Regulations 2019, specifically the SRA Code of Conduct for Solicitors, which can be found here.
I do not have, and am not permitted to have, a client account. Any request purporting to come from me asking for money for a transaction will be fraudulent.
